Name: Kibo o Ushinatte to jigoku no hi

The Lost Hope comes from a gold locket that has a star on the end. If you open the end there is a pic of his parents.

First Form: It is a sword

It controls a gold energy that is very thick and powerful. It can make force fields, surround fist or feet to melee, it can shoot but will only knock the enemy backwards.

Second Form: The user gets a new sword.

Spoiler:

It controls a black fire that is apparently not extinguishable. The fire cant spread it stays where it hits. It is like Amaterasu. It can be reflected away and countered with many other energies. It cannot burn through a zanpakuto, fullbring, or any special ability. It absorbs and eats other fire to make it stronger.
