Name: Zalton Kaneko "King of the Flash Step"

Ranking: Former 3rd Seat Second division/Corps Commander of the Detention Unit;

The blonde
Personaility: Zalton is very easy going and playful. Even though he was child prodigy is wasnt cocky at all simply saying that he wanted to learn. He loves to fight and will intervine in someone elses fight if the will surely loose. At times he can talk to much and his tendacy to stick out has gotten him into trouble. It was because of this that he wasnt allowed to on patrol missions. He not the type to accept some letting him have somthing, he would much perfer earn it or take it. He is the type fear his own sword. And is terrorfied of his bankai's ability, and because of his fear it took him a great deal of time to learn how to use properly (still has some trouble with holding it back).
History:As a kid he he was a big nerd but only because it was the quickest way to draw a fight and he got into a lot of them. While he was fighting he felt truly alive. He would frequently intervine in other peoples feeling it would be shameful to watch them loose. He was born with a vast spiritual pressure that was that cause people around him to convulse around him because of it electic nature. As he continued to win fights he started a new intreast in hollows and Seireitei. He challanged the gatekeeper and after a one hit defeat he found out that he was far away from the strenghth of Seireitei. He went off in search of hollows to beat, not thinking he could beat them yet but to understand their power so that he could. It was this research that got the Central 46 attention and decided it was time that he was sent to Maggots Nest. Zalton realized that he would not be able to beat them through his studies alone he would have to go through the acadamy. He sent out the paper work and was awaiting acceptance. One night hollows gathered outside his villlage looking for him they had recognized his reiutsu as the one that has been following them. It was that same night Onmitsukido came to arrest him. The hollows attacked and Onmitsukido defeated them before arresting Zalton. He spent two days in Maggots Nest and loved the free for all. It was then Central 46 allowed him to be released seeing that he sent out the request for the acadamy before they decided him arrested. As member of the acadamy he excelled as one of the top students in capability and knowledge but he was unfocused. But this didnt stop bids from Goeti 13 squads. He was trying to hold out for the Shigami Research institue but the didnt seem to want him so he eventually joined the OnmitsukidÅ. After graduating from the acadamy he quickly got a seated posistion rising to third seat under Shadou Surieya . Eventually post of captain of 12 division arouse in which he was favored for and had the votes. Zalton did not want to get in this way. And his bankai wasnt the type to simply demonstrate. This left practical way for him to take the posistion. So he made a deal with current second seat. Which allowed him to serve as an advisor, therefore giving him acess to the facility.

Inner World: A mirror maze amongst the clouds. When not in battle this world experiances night time. With a full moon. When fight it's day time and the sky is full of thunder clouds.
Release Phrase: Power the world
Shikai Apperance: Double edged broadsword with highly mirror finish. In its Shikai state the pommel becomes a large ring that allows Hatsuden-sho to rotate around Zaltons hand without him actually gripping any part of the ZanpakutÅ
Shikai Abilities:Produce and control "electons"/electritcy. Upon release it generates a massive surge of electricity that cover the blade and creates a thunderstorm. The reitsu or blade itself can electrecute the opponent.
