Seishin bruiesa (spirit bracer)

[b]First Form: [img]http://www.woodus.com/den/gallery/graphics/dq9ds/accessory/spirit_bracer.png[img] The user may send telepathic messages to other people. aslo may shoot small white beams
[b]Second Form: [img]http://www.dotabot.net/bots_webpages/czsk/parser/images/BTNRunedBracers.gif[img] same as first form but the beams are bigger and they are orange. the user can also speak any language. the user has a seishin bruiesa on both wrists so it can shoot 2 beams at once.
